We will also notify the alleged infringer of the claim and provide them with an opportunity to respond.

Counter-Notification:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that we may provide a copy of your counter-notification to the original complainant and inform them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within a reasonable period of time.
